  • Energy healing or intuitive guidance sessions

  • Card readings and consultations

  • Online or in-person spiritual workshops/events

 
3. Cancellations by Clients
  • You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, unless due to a medical emergency or exceptional circumstances (proof may be required).

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.

 
4. Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason:

  • You will be offered an alternative date/time or

  • You may choose to receive a full refund, returned via your original payment method.

 
5. Refunds for Workshops or Events
  • For workshops or events (live or online), you may cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future event, at our discretion.

 
6. No Refunds on Completed Services

Because our services are based on time, energy, and spiritual connection, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions. You are encouraged to reach out in advance if you have questions about the nature of the service before booking.

 
7. Digital Products (if applicable)

If we offer downloadable or digital content (e.g. meditations, courses), all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
